The Caraniche Research and Training Division offers a range of services including evaluation, program development, and best practice literature reviews details of which can be found by following the menu on the left.

We provide a public training calendar covering a range of topics from clinical skills, through to self-care and professional development and the calendar can be downloaded here (or follow the link on the left for more information). In addition, we can offer customised training directly to your organisation and delivered in-house to your staff.

For the second half of 2010 we are also offering a series of four trainings offered in our current training calendar. These are geared towards Managers and Team Leaders in the Health and Welfare Sector. Click here for the flyer.

Caraniche training draws on the applied expertise of its staff to ensure all sessions are practical, well-informed and grounded in the real-world context and feedback from participants suggest they find it informative, relevant and practical. 

Caraniche is committed to ensuring all training is evidence-based, utilises adult learning principles throughout and allows for practice and transfer of learning into the workplace.  We believe the best learning environment is one that is respectful of the participants' existing experience and skills, and is flexible to the needs of each group of participants.
